Residential Building

A 9-story residential project conceived around a balance between materiality, natural light and contemporary living. The façade combines ceramic brick, exposed concrete and generous glazing, creating a warm and timeless architectural expression.

The apartments were designed as spacious, modern environments with a palette of natural and raw materials, including wood, ceramic and concrete.

I was involved throughout the entire architectural process, from regulatory analysis and initial design development to architectural and technical documentation and construction observation, ensuring the final execution remained aligned with the project's design intent.
