Dinning room refresh

This project explores the transformation of a compact dining area within an open-concept apartment, creating a stronger visual identity while improving functionality and circulation.

The design combines natural oak, black wood, textured olive-green upholstery, woven fibres, and abundant greenery to introduce warmth, contrast, and character.

A mix of dining chairs and an upholstered bench creates a more flexible seating arrangement while keeping the space visually open and comfortable for everyday family use.

The material palette was carefully selected to complement the existing kitchen finishes and dark flooring, creating continuity throughout the open-plan interior. Natural textures, soft neutral tones, and botanical accents balance the darker architectural elements and create a more inviting atmosphere.

The result is a contemporary, organic interior that balances aesthetics, functionality, and everyday practicality, transforming the dining area into a defined yet cohesive extension of the home
